Equality Now - Future News 50

Motion Graphics package for Future News 50 featuring Ann Curry.

Equality Now - Future News 50

The goal was to create a motion graphics package for 'Future News 50' (set in the year 2050), presented by Ann Curry and subsequently shown at the UN conference in 2025.

ROLE: Created unique motion graphics package from concept to completion, designing and animating intros, lower thirds, and GFX.

One of the design challenges was how to create an opening panel that closes and opens on top of existing interview footage that was low quality and had inconsistent framing. This was solved by scaling the interviewees to roughly the same size and hiding the missing lower portions with the custom white panel.
